Construction notes:
A simple costume for my friend's Halloween party and to wear on Halloween at work.

I used cotton for all of it. The ruffles are made from white ribbon. Pockets were sewn into the apron for work. (I'm a server.) The designs are painted on with fabric paint. The strawberry on top of the hat is made from felt.
